Terms of Service

By using QuickTalk Tutor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

• We provide online English conversation sessions via booking on our website through a third-party platform (Calendly). Sessions are conducted live via video conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, or other).

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
• You agree to attend sessions on time and in a respectful manner.
• You are responsible for your own internet connection and meeting software setup.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• You may cancel and reschedule a session up to 15 minutes before the start time.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Missed sessions are not refundable or reschedulable unless cancelled within the 15-minute window. QuickTalk Tutor is not liable for any missed opportunities or consequences.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials shared by QuickTalk Tutor during sessions remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell session content.

6. Liability Limitation

• QuickTalk Tutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our platform. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our sessions.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
