We want this website and our lessons to work for everyone.
1. Adjustments to lessons and materials
If you need materials in a different format, need lesson recordings for accessibility reasons, need extra time, or need any other adjustment, tell us through the Contact page and we will do what we reasonably can.
You do not need to explain a diagnosis or provide evidence. Just tell us what would help.
2. Recordings for accessibility
Our normal position is that sessions are not recorded. Where a recording would remove a barrier for you, ask and we will consider it. Recording arrangements are set out in our Safeguarding Statement.
3. Problems with this website
If you find part of this website difficult to use, we would like to know. Contact us through the Contact page with what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and we will look at fixing it.
4. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
